The University of Hyderabad (UoH) Certificate in HIV and Family Education course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and skills to individuals who are interested in working with HIV/AIDS patients and their families. This course is designed to provide an understanding of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, its impact on individuals, families, and communities, and the strategies for prevention and care. The course also provides an understanding of the social, cultural, and legal aspects of HIV/AIDS, as well as the psychological and emotional issues associated with the disease.

The course is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the fundamentals of HIV/AIDS, including its epidemiology, transmission, and prevention. It also covers the social, cultural, and legal aspects of HIV/AIDS, as well as the psychological and emotional issues associated with the disease. The second part of the course focuses on the family education component, which includes topics such as communication, support, and coping strategies.

The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work with HIV/AIDS patients and their families.
