SRM University Certificate in Veterinary Laboratory Technology (VLT) is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful veterinary laboratory technician. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful veterinary laboratory technician. It is a two-year program that provides students with the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of veterinary laboratory technology. The program focuses on the application of laboratory techniques and procedures to the diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases.

The program provides students with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of veterinary laboratory technology, including laboratory safety, laboratory techniques, laboratory equipment, and laboratory management. Students will also learn about the principles of animal anatomy and physiology, animal nutrition, animal behavior, and animal diseases. In addition, students will gain an understanding of the principles of laboratory diagnosis, laboratory management, and laboratory safety.

The program also provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the laboratory through laboratory rotations and internships. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in research projects and to gain experience in the field through field trips and field placements. Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to take the Veterinary Laboratory Technician Certification Exam.
