Saveetha University’s Certificate in Pharmacy Assistant course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful pharmacy assistant. The course covers topics such as pharmacy operations, drug information, medication dispensing, and customer service. Students will also learn about the legal and ethical aspects of pharmacy practice, as well as the importance of patient safety. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to assist pharmacists in providing quality patient care and medication management.

The course also provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a pharmacy setting. Through practical activities, students will learn how to accurately fill prescriptions, manage inventory, and provide customer service. In addition, the course will provide students with the opportunity to gain an understanding of the different types of medications and their uses.
