Ranchi University Diploma in Assistant Nursing & Midwifery course is a two-year diploma program offered by the University. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful assistant nurse and midwife. The course focuses on the fundamentals of nursing and midwifery, including anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, medical-surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, and community health nursing. The program also includes clinical training in various health care settings.

The course is divided into four semesters, with each semester focusing on a different area of nursing and midwifery. During the first semester, students learn about the fundamentals of nursing and midwifery, including anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and medical-surgical nursing.
