Mangalayatan University’s Diploma in Dresser Course is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful dresser. This course provides students with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of dressmaking, from pattern making to fabric selection and construction. Students will learn how to create custom garments, as well as how to alter existing garments to fit a client’s needs. The course also covers the basics of fashion design, including color theory, fabric selection, and garment construction. Additionally, students will learn about the business side of the fashion industry, such as marketing, pricing, and customer service. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be prepared to pursue a career as a dresser or fashion designer.
