The Malla Reddy University Certificate in Dental Assistant course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful dental assistant. The program provides comprehensive training in the areas of dental anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiology, pharmacology, and dental materials. Students will learn how to assist the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including chairside assisting, sterilization, and infection control. The program also covers dental office management, including scheduling, billing, and insurance.

The program is designed to be completed in one year and consists of both classroom and clinical instruction. During the classroom portion, students will learn about dental terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and radiology. They will also learn about dental materials, infection control, and office management. In the clinical portion, students will gain hands-on experience in chairside assisting, sterilization, and patient care.

Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to take the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination and the Dental Assisting National Board Examination. Upon successful completion of these exams, students will be eligible to become certified dental assistants. With the knowledge and skills gained from this program, graduates will be able to provide quality patient care in a variety of dental settings.
