Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers a Certificate in MRI Technician course to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to become a successful MRI Technician. The course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the principles and techniques of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and its applications in medical diagnosis. The course covers topics such as MRI safety, anatomy and physiology, MRI physics, MRI instrumentation, and MRI image acquisition and interpretation. It also provides students with hands-on experience in the operation of MRI equipment.

The duration of the course is one year and it is divided into two semesters. The course is conducted through online classes and the students have to attend the classes from their home. The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to become a successful MRI Technician. The course also provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the operation of MRI equipment.

The course is open to all those who have completed 10+2 or equivalent in any stream. The course is also open to those who have completed a diploma in medical imaging technology or a related field. The course is also open to those who have completed a Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging technology or a related field.

The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to become a successful MRI Technician. The course also provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the operation of MRI equipment. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded the Indira Gandhi National Open University Certificate in MRI Technician.
