Doon University offers a Diploma in Assistant Nursing & Midwifery Course for the academic year 2023. The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an effective assistant nurse and midwife.

The course is divided into two parts: the first part is a theoretical component, which covers topics such as anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, pharmacology, and medical ethics. The second part is a practical component, which includes clinical practice and hands-on experience in the field.

The duration of the course is two years. During this time, students will be required to complete a minimum of 500 hours of clinical practice. They will also be required to attend lectures, seminars, and workshops.

The course is open to all students who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination. The admission process includes an entrance exam and an interview.

The course fee is Rs. 10,000 per semester. The fee includes tuition, books, and other materials.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a Diploma in Assistant Nursing & Midwifery. This diploma will enable them to pursue a career in the field of nursing and midwifery.
