DIT University Diploma in General Duty Assistant course is a one-year diploma program that provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful General Duty Assistant. The program focuses on the fundamentals of nursing, medical terminology, patient care, and medical ethics. It also covers topics such as anatomy and physiology, medical law and ethics, pharmacology, and medical record keeping. The program also includes hands-on clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). The program is open to students from all educational backgrounds and provides them with the opportunity to gain the necessary skills to become a successful General Duty Assistant.
