IEC University Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery is a two-year diploma course that provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to become a qualified nurse or midwife. The course is designed to provide students with the necessary theoretical and practical skills to become competent and confident practitioners in the field of nursing and midwifery. The course covers a wide range of topics including anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, medical-surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, mental health, and community health. The course also provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical settings, allowing them to gain a better understanding of the profession. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be eligible to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of India.
