Goa University Diploma in Medical Assistant course is a one-year program designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful medical assistant. The course covers topics such as medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medical office procedures, medical coding and billing, and medical ethics. Students will also learn about medical office management, patient care, and medical laboratory techniques. The course also provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through clinical rotations in a variety of healthcare settings. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) exam.
