Goa University offers a Diploma in TB Health Visitor Course. The course is designed to equip health visitors with the knowledge and skills to identify, diagnose, and manage tuberculosis (TB) cases. The course is conducted over a period of six months and consists of both theoretical and practical components.

The theoretical component of the course covers topics such as epidemiology of TB, diagnosis and treatment of TB, TB control and prevention, and public health aspects of TB. The practical component includes field visits to TB clinics, visits to TB patients, and hands-on training in TB management.
