Allahabad University offers a Certificate in CT Scan Technician Course. This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to become a successful CT Scan Technician. The course is of one year duration and is divided into two semesters. The first semester covers the fundamentals of CT Scanning, including anatomy and physiology, radiation safety, and imaging techniques. The second semester focuses on the practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired in the first semester.

The course is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to perform CT scans on patients. The course covers topics such as patient positioning, imaging techniques, and radiation safety. Students also learn about the different types of CT scans, such as CT angiography, CT myelography, and CT perfusion. In addition, the course covers the use of contrast agents and the interpretation of CT scans.

The course also provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field. Students are required to complete a clinical internship in a hospital or medical facility. During the internship, students will be able to observe and participate in CT scans and other imaging procedures.

At the end of the course, students will be required to take a final examination. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Certificate in CT Scan Technician from Allahabad University. This certificate will enable them to pursue a career as a CT Scan Technician.
