Sharda University Certificate in HIV and Family Education Course 2023
The course is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the social, psychological, and medical aspects of HIV/AIDS. It covers topics such as HIV/AIDS transmission, prevention, and treatment, as well as the social and psychological impacts of the virus on individuals and families. The second part of the course focuses on the strategies and techniques necessary to effectively educate and counsel families affected by HIV/AIDS. It covers topics such as communication skills, counseling techniques, and support services.
The course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to effectively educate and counsel families affected by HIV/AIDS. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to identify and assess the needs of families affected by HIV/AIDS, develop and implement appropriate educational and counseling strategies, and provide support services to families affected by the virus.
The course is offered through the University’s School of Health Sciences and is open to all students, regardless of their academic background. The course is offered in both online and on-campus formats.
