Gurugram University offers a Certificate in Dental Assistant course. This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful dental assistant. The course covers topics such as dental anatomy, dental materials, dental instruments, dental radiography, dental office procedures, and dental laboratory techniques.

The course is divided into two semesters. The first semester covers topics such as dental anatomy, dental materials, dental instruments, dental radiography, dental office procedures, and dental laboratory techniques. The second semester focuses on clinical practice and includes topics such as dental hygiene, dental restorations, dental prosthetics, and dental laboratory techniques.

The course is designed to prepare students for the National Board Dental Assistant Examination (NBDE). Upon successful completion of the course, students will be eligible to take the NBDE and become a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

The course is offered in both online and on-campus formats. The online format is designed to provide students with the flexibility to complete the course at their own pace. The on-campus format is designed to provide students with the opportunity to interact with faculty and peers in a traditional classroom setting.

The course is open to all students who have completed high school or equivalent. Students must also meet the prerequisites for the course, which include a minimum grade point average of 2.0 and a passing score on the NBDE.
