The Admit Card should also be included in your submission package. 11. Please provide a valid Identity Proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport. 12. Kindly attach an Address Proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport as required for verification purposes. 13. We will need your Bank Account Details for further processing. 14. If applicable. Please make sure to include a Demand Draft with your application. 15. A Gap Certificate will be required if there are any gaps in education history (if applicable). 16. You must sign an Anti Ragging Affidavit prior to enrollment (if applicable).
